Watch out for that bear
He’s right behind you there
He’s got on a staff pass
And a magic hat
He’s got two trays to put stuff in
That you can’t take into the show
He’s not a bad guy, just doing his job
So you can rock safely, you know
No moshing or horsing allowed

The band will play their songs
And the night is not very long
He didn’t go to school
He’s not a real smart guy
He’s working at the door
Or maybe he’s inside
Safety Bear picking up trash
After all the kids go home
Safety Bear he goes home without
A girlfriend he is all alone
Heats up his food, sits down and cries

He’d like to do it himself
But he ain’t got the balls
He also can’t afford a gun
And the liquor store closed at one

He might be working at the door
